This is not medical advice—I’m not a doctor—but I am navigating menopause and paying close attention to nutrition and supplements as I age. Collagen has become a staple in my routine to support joint comfort, muscle maintenance, and skin health, so I was eager to create a fun, easy way to add it to my day.

When Earth Echo Foods asked me to develop a recipe using their unflavored Multi-Collagen Peptides, I jumped at the chance. These popsicles are a playful, simple way to enjoy one serving of collagen per treat. I built a red, white, and blue “Bomb Pop” style using frozen blueberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and frozen raspberries—perfect for summer gatherings and holidays.

Ingredients for collagen popsicles

  • Earth Echo Multi-Collagen Peptides – One tablespoon equals one serving. Each finished popsicle contains one full tablespoon of collagen.
  • Frozen blueberries – Used for the blue layer; no added sugar necessary.
  • Frozen raspberries – For the red layer; they provide good color and bright flavor.
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt – I used low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess. Plain yogurt would work, or your preferred variety.
  • Variations – Swap fruits to suit your tastes: peaches, mango, cherries, or other berries would all work well.

Instructions

Prepare one cup each of frozen blueberries and frozen raspberries. Microwave each cup of frozen fruit separately for about 2 minutes, or until soft. Mash with a fork or whisk until slightly chunky. Stir three tablespoons of Earth Echo Multi-Collagen Peptides into the mashed blueberries, and three tablespoons into the mashed raspberries, mixing until the powder dissolves.

Using a small spoon, fill each popsicle mold about one-third full with the blueberry-collagen mixture. Add a middle layer of vanilla Greek yogurt until the mold is about two-thirds full, then finish with the raspberry-collagen mixture. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as they freeze. Place lids or sticks on the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
