Disneyland Food
For nearly 15 years I’ve been sharing my favorite eats at Disneyland Resort. Over time I’ve watched seasonal treats come and go, but there are plenty of standout items you can count on any day of the year. Below I highlight reliable classics—from quick snacks to full meals—so you’ll know what to order on your next visit.

Carnation Cafe Main Street, U.S.A.

Carnation Cafe sits on Main Street and is a top spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Year-round favorites include the Baked Potato Soup and Fried Pickles with dipping sauce—both comforting, flavorful choices. For breakfast, the Mickey Waffle is as delightful as it is photogenic.

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor Main Street, U.S.A.

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor is a reliable source for cones, sundaes, and floats any time of year. The giant waffle cones are always a crowd-pleaser.

Candy Palace Main Street, U.S.A.

Candy Palace offers a rotating selection of seasonal goodies, but you can always rely on Mickey Crispy Treats and cookies. Favorites like the M&M chocolate-drizzled crispy treat are consistent winners. Near the back corner you’ll also find colorful frozen slushies available year-round.

Market House Main Street, U.S.A.

Market House (the park Starbucks) is the go-to for coffee, hot chocolate, and handheld snacks. A popular custom option is the churro-inspired Frappuccino: order a vanilla Frappuccino with cinnamon dolce and white mocha syrups, ground cinnamon, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle—add a churro for extra indulgence.

Little Red Wagon Corn Dogs

The Little Red Wagon Corn Dog Truck is a Main Street classic—crispy, savory corn dogs you can get any day of the year. Perfect for a handheld meal while exploring the park.
Plaza Inn Main Street, U.S.A.

Plaza Inn, near the hub toward Tomorrowland, serves home-style comfort food in a buffet setting—reservations are recommended. The fried chicken is a standout and is also offered at Flo’s V8 Cafe in Disney California Adventure, making it a reliable favorite across parks.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe Main Street, U.S.A.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe offers charming indoor seating and a varied menu. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is a timeless option you can enjoy year-round. Don’t miss the bakery case—sweets there consistently impress.
Maurice’s Treats Fantasyland, Inside Fantasy Faire

Maurice’s Treats is ideal for light bites in Fantasy Faire. The Boysen Apple Freeze is a refreshing pick that’s available throughout the year.
The Golden Horseshoe & Stage Door Cafe, Adventureland

Both The Golden Horseshoe and the adjacent Stage Door Cafe are reliable for quick bites. Chicken tenders and french fries are consistent menu items and make for a satisfying, easy meal; Stage Door also offers fish and chips if you prefer seafood.
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurant & The Secret Zocalo Burrito

Rancho del Zocalo is a spacious quick-service spot with Mexican-inspired options. Ask the cast members about the off-menu Zocalo Burrito if available—it’s a fan favorite. The Citrus Fire Grilled Chicken is another flavorful, year-round choice.

Tiki Juice Bar & The Tropical Hideaway, Adventureland

Tiki Juice Bar is the classic source for Dole Whips and floats. With the Tropical Hideaway next door, you now have two spots for these tropical treats. My go-to is the Dole Whip Float, which is available year-round. The Tropical Hideaway also offers creative bites like Bulgogi Beef Bao and loaded Dole Whip.

Bengal Barbecue, Adventureland

Bengal Barbecue is beloved for its skewers. The Chieftain Chicken skewer and the Bengal Rice Plate (two skewers with rice and slaw) are reliably tasty and available year-round—perfect for a flavorful, protein-forward snack or light meal.
Royal St. Veranda, Cafe Orleans & Blue Bayou, New Orleans Square

Royal St. Veranda is great for a warm soup served in a sourdough bowl, with limited seating nearby. Cafe Orleans is my top sit-down pick—don’t miss the pomme frites and be sure to order extra dipping sauce. The Monte Cristo sandwich is a perennial favorite available across both Cafe Orleans and Blue Bayou.
Mint Julep Bar Inside French Market

The Mint Julep and beignets from the Mint Julep Bar are iconic New Orleans Square treats available year-round. Light, warm beignets paired with a minty beverage make a classic park snack.
Harbour Galley, Hungry Bear & Pooh Corner

Harbour Galley near Splash Mountain serves popular clam chowder and a year-round lobster roll. Hungry Bear overlooks Rivers of America and is the place for the beloved Churro Funnel Cake and crispy onion rings. Pooh Corner, a charming bakery and gift shop, reliably offers the Tigger Tail and Hunny Crispy Treat.
Tomorrowland and Fantasyland Favorites

Alien Pizza Planet serves pizza, salads, and pasta year-round, while Galactic Grill is a dependable spot for burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. Edelweiss Snacks, across from the Matterhorn queue, is the source for the classic turkey leg. In Fantasyland, Red Rose Tavern offers hearty options like Slow Cooked Beef Poutine and the park-favorite Grey Stuff for dessert. Troubadour Tavern now serves large pretzels and stuffed baked potatoes—great for sharing.
These recommendations focus on dishes you can find any time you visit Disneyland Park. Whether you want a quick snack or a sit-down meal, these reliable options make it easy to plan tasty stops during your day.
